Beersheba Light Horse Charge Lapel Pin

Australia remembers the charge of the 4th Light Horse Brigade at Beersheba on 31 October 1917 as a bold and daring move that changed the course of the war in the Middle East. Eight hundred men of the 4th and 12th Light Horse regiments charged as a cavalry across open desert with bayonets in hand to deliver Beersheba to the Allies and open the door to Jerusalem. This antique brass and enamel badge measures 20mm and is secured with a durable butterfly pin. Comes on a sturdy presentation card with historic details.
